Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out the rules for using LifeOS AI (the "Service"). It forms part of our Terms of Service. We are a company registered in the Republic of South Africa. By using the Service you agree to comply with this AUP.
1. Permitted use
The Service is a personal operating system intended to help you track and improve your goals, habits, health, finances, and productivity, and to receive general, AI-generated coaching suggestions. You may use it for personal or, where applicable, professional coaching purposes in accordance with your subscription tier.
2. Prohibited conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose, or in breach of applicable law;
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, its systems, or another user's data or account;
- Share, sell, or transfer your account credentials or circumvent subscription or access controls;
- Introduce malware, viruses, or any code that may disrupt, overload, or compromise the Service;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code or underlying ideas of the Service;
- Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Service in an automated manner without our consent;
- Upload content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, harassing, or that promotes self-harm or violence;
- Use the AI Coach outputs to replace professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, or to make decisions causing harm to yourself or others;
- Use the Service to process data on behalf of others in a manner that violates their privacy or POPIA rights;
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service or the experience of other users.
3. Professional and coaching use
Professionals using the Service to view or coach clients' data must hold a valid ClientAccess grant and, where required, explicit client consent. Professionals must not access client data beyond the modules and tier granted and must comply with all applicable professional and data-protection obligations.
4. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and take action we consider appropriate, including warning the user, suspending or terminating access, removing content, or reporting to authorities. We may act without notice where we believe it is necessary to protect the Service, our users, or third parties, or to comply with law.
5. Reporting violations
To report a violation of this AUP, contact us via our Contact page. We will investigate reports in good faith and take appropriate action.
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
